Why CrossFit

CrossFit is a worldwide strength and conditioning fitness program designed for all ages. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional athlete, the CrossFit program is designed with universal scalability, making this the ideal exercise program for anyone, regardless of age or experience. Whether your goals are weight loss, gaining muscle or increasing endurance, all is attainable if you commit to CrossFit.

The “Workouts of the Day” (a.k.a. WOD’s) consist of personalized group training sessions where Elite Certified Professional Trainers guide you every step of the way. You are monitored and motivated throughout every class and will be mentally inspired to achieve your goals.

People of all ages and sizes are capable of CrossFitting. We scale loads and intensity, we do not change the program. It is a globally recognized fitness program that’s proven to deliver results. It works, it’s fun and affordable. It will change your life and fitness will become your passion.

CrossFit Training

We offer 60 minute classes that integrate the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. Each class consists of constantly varied functional movements performed at a specific intensity to ensure you are built to be an athlete for life.

Teens Program

We offer 60 minute classes that focus on teaching our youth the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit all while having the most amount of fun. It is important that our youth learn the benefit of staying active and excel in whatever activities they choose.

COLLAB Program

We off a safe and inclusive space to anyone with intellectual disabilities (ages 16+). This inclusive class is open to our member base as well to encourage a holistic approach to incorporate all in one. This class is unique to the area and has been a huge support for athletes to enhance their fitness routine and encourage physical activity outside of sport.

CrossFit Minis

We offer 45 minute classes that focus on teaching our children, ages 5-8, the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit through play based movement and the most amount of fun. It is important that our youth learn the benefit of staying active and excel in whatever activities they choose.

CrossFit Juniors

We offer 45 minute classes that focus on teaching our children, ages 9-11, the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit through play based movement and the most amount of fun. It is important that our youth learn the benefit of staying active and excel in whatever activities they choose.

COL Compete

We offer competitive programming for those athletes who wish to take their training to the next level. The daily WOD will always be the priority and this additional programming is available for those who wish to compete at a local level or higher.

COL Barbell

We offer an outlet for athletes to focus on technique and skill work to enhance their Olympic lifting or strength based movements through this one hour time slot. Athletes will be guided through progressions week over week and learn drills that they can take away and apply to their training.

Recovery Room

We offer a space where you can unwind and recover from your training or even just from life's busy schedule. Weather you are utilizing the Sauna to detox and sweat or using the cold therapy tub we got you covered. These time slots are exactly what you need to take your mindset and physical abilities to the next level.
