Who We Are

our story

In 2015, Shawn and Ainsley started as members at CrossFit COL and quickly fell in love with the sport and the community. Within their first year, they transitioned to coaches & eventually realized that CrossFit COL was their home away from home. In 2017, SWAT Health Burlington partnered with CrossFit COL and became our partners in wellness. In September of 2021, Shawn and Ainsley, along with the collaboration of SWAT Health Burlington, became the new owners of CrossFit COL.

Partnerships

We are proud to partner with SWAT Health Burlington which provides the CrossFit Col community with access to the following professional services Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, Massage, Acupuncture, Naturopath and Physio Rehab.

CrossFit Col is always striving to provide the best possible experience for its members and we are proud to be able to offer a safe and inclusive space that welcomes all levels of experience. Located at the border of Burlington and Oakville, Ontario we are the proud Host Site for CrossFit Canada Training Courses (L1 and L2). By the end of 2022 all our coaches will be L2 certified and are encouraged to continue expanding their knowledge through professional development.
